Pamela Haywood

Director of Student Support

Pam joined Springfield Prep in July 2021 after working in the Hadley Public Schools as the Director of Student Services for three years. Pam has her Master’s in Social Work from Salem State University and has worked as both a clinician and court clinic social worker. She began her career in education in 2006 as a school adjustment counselor in the Hampden Wilbraham Regional School District. In 2009 she moved into a new role in special education as an Educational Team Leader and worked in this position in Wilbraham until 2017. Pam earned a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies from AIC in Special Education Administration in 2012. She is excited to join the team at Springfield Prep to help all students achieve and make progress, both academically and socially.
